Exxat
Overview
Exxat is the College of Nursing’s comprehensive clinical education management system. Exxat facilitates student placement at clinical sites, student entry of clinical experiences, evaluations, and reporting. Exxat ensures students and instructors have access to timely information regarding the student’s progression through clinical requirements.
Getting Started
The College of Nursing is transitioning to Exxat Prism. The following groups are currently using Exxat Prism and the login button below: DNP students who started clinicals in Spring 2023 or after; BSN-IH and MEPN students who started their program in Summer 2023 or after; current BSN, BSN-IH, and MEPN students; and, DNP Anesthesia students who started clinicals Winter 2023 or after. Please note, the documents listed under this section are specific to the prior version, Exxat v3. For how to documents in the new Prism version, please log into the system and click on your “Resources” tile.

Eligibility
Exxat (v3 or Prism) is available for the students enrolled in our BSN, BSN-IH, MEPN, and DNP programs, their clinical supervising faculty, and support staff in the Clinical Operations unit.
Cost
There is no cost to use Exxat. Licensing is funded by the College.
