Access the World Wide Web.

At Go To: type the address: http://courses.nursing.arizona.edu/Nursing/requiredtests/required_testing.htm.

1. For your first name, type student.
   For your last name, type guest.
   As your password, type guest.
   Click on Submit.

2. Click Go to the Website.
3. Scroll down to and Click on Multiple-Choice Tests.
4. Click on the Start button under the TEST YOU WANT, then click on Submit.
5. At Module Login Screen, enter your first and last name in the appropriate boxes.
   For ID number, type unknown, then click on Submit.
6. Read each question and click on the circle opposite the answer you select. You may use the back and forward keys to move to previous questions. You must get 100% on the test. Your score will be displayed at the end of the test.

To exit, select FILE, then EXIT.
